Daynivo dikelola oleh Hermawan. Aplikasi membantu Anda melihat agenda dan menyiapkan acara di iPhone dan iPad. Fitur lokal tidak memerlukan akun Daynivo.
Data pada perangkat
Agenda lokal, paket persiapan, checklist, preferensi, tempat tersimpan, caption, konteks sumber yang Anda setujui, dan referensi dokumen disimpan pada perangkat. Daynivo tidak memasang analytics aplikasi atau tracking iklan. Sinkronisasi kalender oleh Apple atau penyedia kalender Anda mengikuti pengaturan layanan tersebut dan terpisah dari metadata Daynivo.
Izin Calendar dan Reminders
Akses penuh Calendar atau Reminders diminta setelah Anda memilih untuk menghubungkannya. Daynivo membaca kalender atau daftar reminder yang Anda pilih; pilihan kosong tidak membaca sumber. Persiapan tidak mengubah acara sumber. Pembuatan atau perubahan jadwal acara Calendar memerlukan review dan konfirmasi terpisah. Daynivo tidak menyelesaikan reminder sumber Anda.
Lokasi, perjalanan, cuaca, dan notifikasi
Pencarian tempat dan estimasi rute memakai Apple MapKit setelah permintaan Anda. Apple dapat menerima teks pencarian, koordinat asal dan tujuan, moda, serta waktu perjalanan. Tempat yang Anda simpan, termasuk nama, alamat, dan koordinat, disimpan lokal dan dipakai saat Anda memilihnya. Lokasi perangkat opsional: Daynivo meminta satu sampel ketika Anda memilih lokasi saat ini, tanpa pelacakan lokasi kontinu.
Jika Anda mengaktifkan pembaruan perjalanan untuk suatu acara, Daynivo dapat meminta estimasi baru kepada Apple saat aplikasi terbuka atau ketika sistem memberi waktu di latar belakang. Permintaan memakai asal, tujuan, dan waktu yang sebelumnya Anda konfirmasi, bukan pelacakan posisi Anda. Pembaruan latar belakang tidak dijamin. Pengingat keberangkatan memerlukan pilihan dan izin notifikasi terpisah.
Cuaca acara memakai Apple WeatherKit setelah Anda meminta prakiraan untuk lokasi acara yang dikonfirmasi. Apple dapat menerima koordinat dan interval prakiraan. Fitur cuaca memerlukan akses Plus dan ketersediaan layanan Apple. Estimasi perjalanan dan prakiraan bukan jaminan kedatangan atau kondisi aman. Reminder lokal memakai sistem notifikasi Apple; Focus, pengaturan perangkat, dan batas latar belakang dapat memengaruhi tampilnya notifikasi.
Gmail opsional
Koneksi Gmail masih dalam tahap pengujian dan terbatas pada pengguna uji yang disetujui. Bila tersedia, Anda memilih untuk menghubungkan akun Google. Izin Google yang diminta, gmail.readonly, memberi akses baca ke seluruh kotak surat, bukan hanya label pilihan. Di dalam aplikasi, Daynivo membatasi pengambilan pesan ke label yang Anda pilih. Daynivo membaca subjek, cuplikan, waktu, label, dan identitas pesan untuk membantu persiapan; isi email dibaca hanya untuk pratinjau yang Anda minta secara eksplisit dan untuk memeriksa kutipan yang Anda pilih untuk disimpan. Daynivo tidak mengirim, mengubah, atau menghapus email.
Permintaan Gmail dikirim langsung dari aplikasi ke Google. Kredensial akses disimpan di Apple Keychain pada perangkat ini dan tidak disertakan dalam ekspor atau kontinuitas iCloud. Pratinjau isi email bersifat sementara. Penggunaan dan transfer informasi yang diterima Daynivo dari Google API akan mematuhi Google API Services User Data Policy, termasuk persyaratan Limited Use. Daynivo tidak menjual data Gmail atau memakainya untuk iklan.
Disconnect menghentikan pembacaan Gmail melalui koneksi aplikasi. Setelah Disconnect yang Anda pilih, sebuah kredensial dapat disimpan sementara di Keychain hanya untuk mencoba kembali pencabutan akses di Google; kredensial itu tidak dipakai untuk membaca email, ekspor, atau kontinuitas. Hapus metadata menghapus kredensial connector lokal ketika proses pembersihan selesai. Jika pencabutan jarak jauh belum selesai, Anda juga dapat mencabut izin melalui akun Google. Disconnect tidak menghapus kutipan yang sudah Anda simpan atau acara yang sudah Anda buat.
Notion opsional dan layanan koneksi
Koneksi Notion belum tersedia di aplikasi. Bila ditawarkan, koneksi ini membaca sumber data dan properti Notion yang Anda pilih untuk membantu persiapan, tanpa mengubah isi Notion. Aplikasi meminta isi terpilih langsung kepada Notion.
Layanan koneksi Daynivo menangani otorisasi Notion. Layanan ini memproses data koneksi, termasuk alamat IP, identitas sesi dan workspace, kode otorisasi, serta kredensial akses dan pembaruan. Kredensial disimpan terenkripsi pada server; kredensial yang digunakan aplikasi disimpan di Keychain. Layanan ini tidak menyimpan isi email Gmail atau isi halaman Notion sebagai arsip konten.
Salinan pemulihan dapat memuat kredensial terenkripsi dan catatan koneksi. Disconnect atau penghapusan data lokal tidak langsung menghapus salinan pemulihan yang sudah ada. Jika pencabutan akses di Notion belum dapat dikonfirmasi, kredensial dapat tetap disimpan untuk menyelesaikan pembersihan dengan aman. Tidak ada batas waktu penghapusan otomatis yang dijanjikan untuk catatan koneksi atau salinan pemulihan. Hubungi kami untuk pertanyaan atau permintaan terkait data koneksi pada server.
Kontinuitas metadata iCloud opsional
Transfer metadata iCloud belum tersedia untuk penggunaan umum. Bila tersedia dan Anda mengaktifkannya, Apple CloudKit dapat memindahkan paket persiapan, checklist, preferensi tertentu, dan referensi untuk menautkan persiapan ke acara melalui akun Apple Anda. Judul yang Anda konfirmasi dapat berasal dari Gmail atau Notion. Pratinjau isi email, kutipan sumber tersimpan, kredensial connector, dan bookmark akses dokumen tidak ikut transfer ini. Sinkronisasi kalender oleh akun kalender Anda tetap merupakan layanan terpisah.
Teks, tautan, dan dokumen
Share membaca teks atau URL yang sengaja Anda bagikan. Paste membaca clipboard setelah Anda memilih tombolnya; Copy menulis teks atau tautan setelah tindakan Anda. Teks impor dan konteks sumber yang Anda setujui dapat disimpan lokal. Membuka tautan menyerahkan URL ke aplikasi atau layanan tujuan. Files dan Quick Look menangani dokumen pilihan Anda; metadata menyimpan referensi dan riwayat tindakan, bukan salinan isi dokumen. Menghapus referensi tidak menghapus file asal.
Widget
Widget berbagi snapshot lokal dengan aplikasi. Secara default snapshot bersifat umum. Jika Anda mengaktifkan informasi waktu widget, snapshot dapat memuat jumlah agenda hari ini dan waktu acara berikutnya. Snapshot tidak memuat judul acara, lokasi, URL, atau isi dokumen. Ketika Anda mematikan pilihan ini, Daynivo menghapus informasi agenda dari snapshot bersama dan menampilkan pesan jika pembersihan belum selesai. Sistem dapat menunda pembaruan widget yang sudah tampil. Informasi pada widget dapat terlihat oleh orang yang melihat layar perangkat.
Pembelian
Pembelian Plus, bila tersedia, diproses melalui Apple StoreKit dan akun Apple setelah konfirmasi Anda. Apple menangani transaksi. Harga, periode, dan informasi perpanjangan ditampilkan sebelum konfirmasi. Tidak ada masa uji coba gratis.
Ekspor, penyimpanan, dan penghapusan
Ekspor dan hapus metadata tersedia di Settings tanpa pembelian. Ekspor dapat berisi agenda, konteks sumber, kutipan yang disetujui, teks atau URL impor, dan lokasi perjalanan; pilih penerima dengan sengaja. Kredensial connector dan bookmark akses dokumen tidak ikut ekspor. Anda dapat mengubah atau menghapus data tersimpan melalui alur aplikasi. Halaman ini tidak menetapkan jadwal penghapusan otomatis atau menjanjikan retensi backup Apple.
Hapus metadata membersihkan data lokal yang dikelola Daynivo, impor yang dapat diakses, kredensial connector lokal, dan reminder milik Daynivo. Daynivo dapat menyimpan catatan minimal bahwa suatu kumpulan data iCloud lama tidak lagi digunakan, serta catatan pembersihan koneksi yang belum selesai, untuk mencegah data lama kembali atau melanjutkan pembersihan. Penghapusan tidak menghapus acara Calendar/Reminders sumber, file asal, salinan ekspor, salinan pemulihan server yang sudah ada, cache sistem, atau transaksi Apple; juga tidak membatalkan langganan. Pembersihan yang belum selesai ditampilkan sebagai belum selesai.
Situs ini dan kontak
Situs bantuan ini tidak memasang analytics, iklan, formulir, atau cookie aplikasi. GitHub Pages memproses data pengunjung, termasuk alamat IP untuk keamanan, sesuai kebijakan GitHub. English
Daynivo is operated by Hermawan. The app helps you view your agenda and prepare for events on iPhone and iPad. Local features do not require a Daynivo account.
Data on your device
Local agendas, preparation packs, checklists, preferences, saved places, captions, approved source context, and document references are stored on your device. Daynivo has no app analytics or advertising tracking. Calendar synchronization by Apple or your calendar provider follows that service’s settings and is separate from Daynivo metadata.
Calendar and Reminders permissions
Full Calendar or Reminders access is requested after you choose to connect them. Daynivo reads calendars or reminder lists you select; an empty selection reads no sources. Preparation does not change source events. Creating or rescheduling a Calendar event requires separate review and confirmation. Daynivo does not complete your source reminders.
Location, travel, weather, and notifications
Place search and route estimates use Apple MapKit after your request. Apple may receive search text, origin and destination coordinates, travel mode, and journey times. Places you save, including names, addresses, and coordinates, are stored locally and used when you select them. Device location is optional: Daynivo requests one sample when you choose current location, without continuous location tracking.
If you enable journey updates for an event, Daynivo may request new estimates from Apple while the app is open or when the system allows background time. Requests use the origin, destination, and time you previously confirmed, rather than tracking your position. Background updates are not guaranteed. Departure reminders require a separate choice and notification permission.
Event weather uses Apple WeatherKit after you request a forecast for a confirmed event location. Apple may receive coordinates and the forecast interval. Weather requires Plus access and availability of Apple’s service. Journey estimates and forecasts do not guarantee arrival times or safe conditions. Local reminders use Apple notifications; Focus, device settings, and background limits can affect whether notifications appear.
Optional Gmail
The Gmail connection is in testing and limited to approved test users. Where available, you choose whether to connect your Google account. The requested Google permission, gmail.readonly, allows reading the whole mailbox, not just selected labels. Within the app, Daynivo limits message retrieval to the labels you select. Daynivo reads subjects, snippets, times, labels, and message identifiers to help with preparation; an email body is read only for a preview you explicitly request and to check a quotation you choose to save. Daynivo does not send, change, or delete email.
Gmail requests go directly from the app to Google. Access credentials are stored in Apple Keychain on this device and are excluded from exports and iCloud continuity. Email body previews are temporary. Source context you save, including subjects and snippets, and body quotations you separately approve can be stored locally and included in metadata exports.
If you confirm a title for a Calendar event, your calendar provider may synchronize that title. A title you confirm for a preparation item can also enter iCloud metadata continuity if that feature is available and you enable it. Email body previews and saved source quotations are excluded from that continuity. Daynivo’s Notion connection service does not receive Gmail content.
Daynivo’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Daynivo does not sell Gmail data or use it for advertising.
Disconnect stops Gmail reading through the app connection. After an explicit Disconnect, a credential may be retained temporarily in Keychain only to retry revoking Google access; it is not used for reading email, exports, or continuity. Delete metadata removes local connector credentials when cleanup completes. If remote revocation remains incomplete, you can also remove permission through your Google account. Disconnect does not delete quotations you already saved or events you already created.
Optional Notion and its connection service
The Notion connection is not yet available in the app. If offered, it reads the Notion data source and properties you select to help with preparation, without changing Notion content. The app requests selected content directly from Notion.
Daynivo’s connection service handles Notion authorization. It processes connection data, including IP addresses, session and workspace identifiers, authorization codes, and access and renewal credentials. Credentials are stored encrypted on the server; credentials used by the app are stored in Keychain. This service does not store Gmail email content or Notion page content as a content archive.
Recovery copies may contain encrypted credentials and connection records. Disconnect or local data deletion does not immediately erase existing recovery copies. If revocation at Notion cannot be confirmed, credentials may remain stored to resolve cleanup safely. No automatic deletion deadline is promised for connection records or recovery copies. Contact us with questions or requests about connection data on the server.
Optional iCloud metadata continuity
iCloud metadata transfer is not yet available for general use. If available and you enable it, Apple CloudKit can transfer preparation packs, checklists, selected preferences, and references for linking preparation to events through your Apple Account. Titles you confirm may come from Gmail or Notion. Email body previews, saved source quotations, connector credentials, and document access bookmarks are excluded from this transfer. Calendar synchronization through your calendar account remains a separate service.
Text, links, and documents
Share reads text or URLs you deliberately share. Paste reads the clipboard after you choose that button; Copy writes text or a link after your action. Imported text and source context you approve may remain locally stored. Opening a link passes its URL to the destination app or service. Files and Quick Look handle selected documents; metadata stores references and action history rather than copies of document contents. Removing a reference does not remove the original file.
Widgets
Widgets share a local snapshot with the app. The default snapshot is general. If you enable widget timing information, it may contain today’s agenda count and the next event’s time. Snapshots do not contain event titles, locations, URLs, or document contents. When you switch this off, Daynivo clears agenda information from the shared snapshot and shows a message if cleanup is incomplete. The system may delay updating widgets already on screen. Widget information may be visible to people who can see your device screen.
Purchases
Plus purchases, if available, use Apple StoreKit and your Apple Account after your confirmation. Apple processes transactions. Price, period, and renewal information appear before confirmation. No free trial is offered.
Export, storage, and deletion
Export and delete metadata are available in Settings without a purchase. Exports may contain agendas, source context, approved quotations, imported text or URLs, and journey locations; choose recipients carefully. Connector credentials and document access bookmarks are excluded. You can change or delete saved data through the app. This page sets no automatic deletion schedule or promise about Apple backup retention.
Delete metadata removes locally managed Daynivo data, accessible imports, local connector credentials, and Daynivo reminders. Daynivo may keep a minimal record that a former iCloud dataset is no longer in use, and records of unfinished connection cleanup, to prevent old data returning or to continue cleanup. Deletion does not remove source Calendar events or Reminders, original files, exported copies, existing server recovery copies, system caches, or Apple transactions, and does not cancel subscriptions. Incomplete cleanup remains shown as incomplete.
This website and contact
This support website has no app analytics, ads, forms, or app cookies. GitHub Pages processes visitor data, including IP addresses for security, under its privacy statement. Website processing is separate from local app data. If you contact us by email, the email provider processes that message. For privacy questions or requests contact works.hermawan@gmail.com. Do not send credentials, private bookmarks, your entire calendar, or unnecessary sensitive information.
